The issues of property management is considered very dear, as the value of ones property can highly appreciate or depreciate as a result of property managemnet procedures taken or not regarded.
Most often it always advised to renovate or upgrade most properties as to help it retain a very high value, but then all this is dependant on a number of factors
- Appliances & Electrical fittings
- Drainage
- Plumbing
- Paint works
- Size of property
- Location of property
- Structural/ Architectural Design
And the list is endless. There is, however, the aspect of "Estate Valuers" whose sole purpose is to help estimate propertries with a value that might appreciate or depreciate respectively
